Before you commit
What happens to my classes if I cancel?
Anything you unlocked during an active membership stays in your library permanently, including project files. You only lose access to classes released after you cancel.
Is there really no auto-renew?
Annual plans renew only after you confirm by email. We send the reminder fourteen days out, and silence means the plan lapses — not that we charge you.
Can my employer pay for this?
Yes. Atelier is invoiced, and we provide a one-page learning-budget justification you can forward to your manager. Roughly 60% of Atelier seats are expensed.
How long does a masterclass take?
Between five and fourteen hours of video, plus a project. Most members finish one class across three to four weeks at a couple of evenings per week.
What if the class isn't for me?
Thirty days, full refund, no form. Watch a third of it first — we'd rather you find out early than sit on something you won't use.
